Uncovering America’s Musical Journey
Join iBuildBridges for an evening of inspiring music celebrating the diversity in our community. Seven talented young musicians from a range of backgrounds and traditions come together for a powerful performance that bridges cultures and builds connections. Experience “American Soil,” a stunning original composition tracing America’s musical journey from Indigenous roots through gospel, Mexican folk, Hawaiian melodies, and New Orleans jazz, and a special selection of collaborative pieces showcasing the incredible creativity of the iBuildBridges artists.

iBuildBridges hosted two evenings of global sounds, musical discovery, and celebrating diversity in South King County. Debuting our song “Weird Summer” and featuring the celebrated new piece “American Soil,” our artists displayed their incredible creativity.

iBuildBridges + JuneTEENth

June 2025

iBuildBridges headlined the first Juneteenth celebration in the US curated, managed, and produced entirely by young people of color. Through their voices and vision, this historic event explored the meaning of Juneteenth through the lens of young Black leaders, celebrating freedom, resilience, and cultural expression.
